Prepare for My Pay Online Bill Payment Upgrade

The Bank of Salem is upgrading My Pay on March 30, 2015 to make paying bills better, easier and more convenient than ever. This upgrade should not disrupt your service. In fact, we’re making the entire upgrade as simple and seamless as possible for you. 
Here’s what you can expect when your My Pay upgrades on March 30, 2015:

• You will be prompted to answer a challenge phrase the first time you log in to your upgraded My Pay account.
• All of your payees and any scheduled payments will automatically carry over to the new system.
• If you need to add a new payee, just select the “Add a Payee” button at the top of your dashboard.
• For more information about adding payees and scheduling payments, go to the “Help” tab in your My Pay.

Dial 1-800-790-3137 and follow the prompts. You must have a Personal Identification Number (PIN Number) to access your accounts through TeleBanc. Contact Customer Service at (573) 729-3137 for initial log in instructions. After you log in for the first time, you will be required to change your PIN Number. Your Pin Number must be 4-6 numbers in length. DISCLOSURES You must be an owner or co-owner of an account to access account information thru TeleBanc.

Use of your Personal Identification Number (PIN Number) is the agreed upon security procedure to access and use TeleBanc Telephone Banking Services, including online transfers. In order to prevent unauthorized access to your accounts, you agree, by using TeleBanc, to keep confidential and to not give or make available your PIN Number to any person not authorized to access your accounts. If you permit any other person(s) or entity to use your account information by giving them your PIN Number, you are responsible for any transactions and activities they authorize from your account(s).
